God doesn't give children with special needs to strong people; He gives children with special needs to ordinary, weak people and then gives them strength. Raising a child with special needs doesn't take a special family, it makes a special family.

Sorry it's been so long!!

We were getting ready to go to Easter dinner at Great Grandma and Pappy's house and I was sitting on Mommy and Daddy's bed watching tv while they got ready!

I love posing for the camera!

This was last weekend at my first Easter egg hunt.....it didn't go too well!! It was VERY windy that day, not to mention it was right in the middle of my naptime (yes, I'm taking naps now!!!!!)! For those of you who remember, last Easter I was still in the hospital....I think I've come a very long way since then!!

If you can't tell, I was over the egg hunt and ready to go home! I was so tired, so instead of waiting to eat, Mommy took me home so I could take a nap! Maybe next year I will have more fun!

I'm Traci. I found your blog link through babycenter's spina bifida group. My 3 year old has spina bifida. I'd love to keep in touch with you guys and maybe bounce thoughts and feelings off eachother as they happen. We've both obviously been through a lot and will continue to go through TONS with these awesome kids. Aren't they such fighters? I love my daughter so much. Hopefully I don't freak you out by commenting! Feel free to check out our blog if you'd like. www.thelindseyloop.blogspot.com
