God doesn't give children with special needs to strong people; He gives children with special needs to ordinary, weak people and then gives them strength. Raising a child with special needs doesn't take a special family, it makes a special family.

This was my cowboy boot birthday cake that Mommy made!! It tasted sooo yummy!!

Daddy started out helping me open presents, but then Mommy got down and helped me instead! Daddy said he's just not good at showing off all my presents so everyone could see them!

I got a swimming pool!!! Hopefully Madelynn will be big enough by summer so we can get in and play together!

Mommy and Daddy got me a new car! I LOVE it! Daddy even convinced Mommy to take it with us to the hospital so I didn't have to ride in my stroller....this is so much more fun!

And of course we had to have a picture of Madelynn! She is already getting so big! She started rolling over, but only when she's in her crib...so Mommy and Daddy haven't seen her do it yet. Have I ever mentioned how much I love my baby sister?!?!

Please keep me and Mommy in your prayers! We are at the hospital right now for an MRI....I have to be sedated since they obviously can't expect me to lay still for an hour! Tuesday I have an eye appointment to schedule my surgery, an appointment with Dr. Jane, Jr. to get the MRI results (pray that my spine looks healthy!!), and an appointment with Dr. Romness in Orthopedics to check my hips and ankles.

Hi Little one,
You really had a good time at your party, I can't believe how big you are. Nana will keep you and mommy in her prayers all day and tomorrow, you be good boy and don't drive your car to fast.
Love,
Nana

lol. I wasn't finished posting the last one and something happened so I deleted it. Happy Birthday little guy! Looks like you had a blast! What a fun new car! We will definitely say a prayer for those doctors visits. Those are not fun for little boys OR their mommies. :( So glad baby sister is growing so healthy and beautiful! Happy that all is well! Take care!
