God doesn't give children with special needs to strong people; He gives children with special needs to ordinary, weak people and then gives them strength. Raising a child with special needs doesn't take a special family, it makes a special family.

No place like home!!

This was taken just tonight when I was eating dinner. Daddy wanted everyone to see how happy I am after surgery. We got to come home yesterday (Friday), after only one night in the hospital!!! I did so well after surgery that the doctor didn't think there was any reason for me to stay. He said he has never seen a baby so happy right after surgery!! I really feel so much better. Mommy and Daddy said I seem like a new baby! I can finally get a bath tomorrow....boy am I excited! (I think Mommy is too!!) I just want to thank everyone who has been praying for me. It was scary for me, Mommy, and Daddy, but I know God was with me through everything.

I can't wait to see him at Christmas, with all the lights and shinning ornaments.
