God doesn't give children with special needs to strong people; He gives children with special needs to ordinary, weak people and then gives them strength. Raising a child with special needs doesn't take a special family, it makes a special family.

I'm back!!

I am soooo happy that Mommy and Daddy are home!! But I did have a fun week while they were gone! I spent the first weekend with Nanna (Dugan) and then spent the week at Grandma and Grandaddy's (Staubs). I got to talk to Mommy and Daddy on the phone a few times, but I didn't have too much to say. It was such a surprise to see Mommy when I woke up Sunday morning. At first I was a little confused, but as soon as she picked me up and I got ahold of her hair.....I gave her a big smile!!

Usually I am ready for bed by 6pm. But tonight, Mommy gave me my bottle and I was not quite ready to go to sleep. So me, Mommy, and Daddy got down and played on the floor. Daddy got out one of my new toys that shoots balls out. I am getting so much better at sitting up now!! Ms. Nicole came today and was very pleased with how much stronger I have gotten! I have been working really hard and now that Mommy knows what I can do, she works me really hard all day! Mommy says she wants me to be able to sit up all by myself by my birthday......I sure am gonna try hard!!
