God doesn't give children with special needs to strong people; He gives children with special needs to ordinary, weak people and then gives them strength. Raising a child with special needs doesn't take a special family, it makes a special family.
Showing off my new trick...I love to wink at everyone!!

Hi cutie This is my second attempt to respnse, You are more computer savvy than your Nana, You are so cute and I love the way you wave Bye-bye also. Hope you have a great day. Love, Nana
When Brenden was born with Spina Bifida, we were faced with many ups and downs. Early on, we knew we had to embrace this journey instead of dwelling on the negative. While this path we are on has had plenty of bumps, our faith in God has allowed us to see the good through all the bad. Spina Bifida is a part of our lives, and always will be, but we have chosen to use our story to reach others and give Brenden every chance to succeed in life. I hope this blog will touch other families dealing with Spina Bifida.
